Total mileage 14.86 miles
Height walked 954'
Due to fading light I reluctantly returned by the same route instead of taking the lower Rosedale alternative - next time.
Views limited due to misty conditions. Tailwind assisted from Lastingham but of course there was the return trip.
Very quiet. The Lion Inn was the quietest I'd ever seen it.
